I left my abusive husband the same day.
My son and I owe our lives to the services you provide and the absolute kindness and understanding of Sajida.
Since I fled my (now ex-)husband I wrote a novel. It is being published 1st September this year. I have over 20 final copies and wondered if I could donate them to refuges over Bristol and North Somerset?

Her support helped me make a decision that changed our lives. And allowed me to create something from the shambles it had become.
I do not use my real name in my book - as my ex-husband is still as dangerous as he always was, but perhaps who I was then doesn’t matter. Sajida helped me to live my life.
My gratitude is endless.
