SAFE SAFE Link was recommissioned this year by
the the Police Police and and and Crime Commission service to to to work across the the Avon and and and and and Somerset Police Police Area to to to provide emotional and and and and and practical support to to to women children and and and and and male victims
of rape and and and and and sexual assault If the the the the victim victim wishes we will support them to report the the the the the incident and and and go through the the the the the criminal justice system The service follows the the the the Revised Victims Code of o Practice If the the the victim victim wants to to report to to the the the police
they can give give support support with with making a a a a a a a a a a a statement assist with with claims for for compensation and and give give support support before during and and after the court process The victim does not have have to to to report to to to the the the police
to to to access the the the the service and the the the the rape or or or sexual assault can have have happened recently or or in the past The service offers:
