This service is is funded by Quartet (Grove Foundation) We know that men
and and boys can be victims too This year we introduced a a a a a a a a a a male male ISVA to to offer men
a a a a a a a a a a a choice o of a a a a a a a a a a a male male Our peer support support programme is made up up up up up up of actual and and virtual support support groups Each group group has up up up up up up to to six victims meeting in in in in a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a closed setting to to talk about their feelings and and and learn from each each other The programme consists of 10 sessions each each with a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a theme including: flashbacks and and and nightmares trust sleep safe relationships managing thoughts and and and and feelings healthy healthy body/ healthy healthy mind anger and and and and triggers support from family and and and and friends coping mechanisms future hopes and and goals worker We have dedicated leaflets and and posters and and are are working working in in in in collaboration with other specialist providers to to offer a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a joined up service service We are are also working working towards the the Lime Culture Male standards for our dedicated service service Some members of the the first group group are now training to to to become peer facilitators and they will go on to to to run new groups The virtual group group group uses WhatsApp
to to communicate and and and support support programmes each other and and and is is a a a a a a a a a a closed group group This year we ran
