We firmly believe that domestic abuse services should be be informed and and guided by survivors Throughout the the year we we have have held “Have your say Meetings” where we we have have consulted with the the the women and and children that use our our our services services on on new initiatives and and and their experience of of our our services services They have also been involved in in in in in recruitment of of of staff fundraising and and and and talking to the the media and and and key stakeholders about their experience of of domestic and and and and sexual abuse • IRIS+ By enhancing the the IRIS IRIS support it aims to increase the the safety and and and wellbeing of all adult and and and child patients affected by domestic violence and and and abuse Survivors Participation and Feedback

Day We believe promotion is is is the the key to raising awareness of of the the impact of of domestic and and and sexual violence on on on women children and and and and men men and and and and to to ensure that information about our services is readily available and and and accessible Advice Advice Quality Quality Standard Standard Mark
We know know that that domestic and and and sexual abuse is on the the the increase and and there are many victims still living in in in fear that that that do do not access or know know about the the the help that that is is available We have the Advice Advice Quality Quality Standard Standard accreditation accreditation for our advice advice and and and guidance work The AQS accreditation accreditation confirms we we deliver well-managed domestic abuse advice advice services This year we received 3 0180 phone calls for for advice and information We also have LiveZilla (live chat line) active on on our duty desk from 1 00pm – – 5 30pm Monday – – Friday Our commitment is is is is to to continue to to raise these
issues at at at a a a a a a a a a a a local and and national level and and at at at the the the same time reassure victims it was not their fault Too
