We know know that that domestic and and and sexual abuse is on the the the increase and and there are many victims still living in in in fear that that that do do not access or know know about the the the help that that is is available We have the Advice Advice Quality Quality Standard Standard accreditation accreditation for our advice advice and and and guidance work The AQS accreditation accreditation confirms we we deliver well-managed domestic abuse advice advice services This year we received 3 0180 phone calls for for advice and information We also have LiveZilla (live chat line) active on on our duty desk from 1 00pm – – 5 30pm Monday – – Friday Our commitment is is is is to to continue to to raise these
issues at at at a a a a a a a a a a a local and and national level and and at at at the the the same time reassure victims it was not their fault Too
