In 2017 we we were awarded the the the the commission to provide the the the the domestic abuse services services across South Gloucestershire County Since then the the the the service service service has established itself and and already built a a a a a a a a a a a a a reputation for best practice and and victim centred services services Single Point of Access
All the services are accessed by one one telephone number 0800 4700280 or fax and email 8 8 8 30-5 30pm Monday-Friday We also have LiveZilla (live chat line) active on on our duty desk from 1 00pm – – 5 30pm Monday – – Friday All All callers are are put through to to our triage service service All All victims asking for support are are offered a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a relevant service service service that meets their their needs and and responds to to their their immediate safety
risks Callers wanting advice advice and and and guidance can access our accredited advice advice service service Safe Houses for for Women and and Families
We have safe houses for for single women women women women women women women women with with children children and and and and and women women women women with with complex needs The housing is direct access and and and and and women women women women and and and and and children children can can move in in in in immediately and and and and and they they can can stay
for up up to six months During that time This year we received they they have practical and and and and and emotional 96 referrals and and and support including staying safe parenting housed 34 victims life skills and and and finding new housing This year we supported 3 victims Safe House for Men
We have have a a a a a a a a a a a a a a dedicated house for for for male victims of domestic abuse who need a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a safe safe place to to stay
