What support and services do we offer?

Help is also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by phoning NHS 111 and pressing 2 for mental health support. You can also call The Samaritans on 116 123.
It’s not just you.
Many women have times in their life where they struggle with their mental health. We know it is not easy to ask for help, but with the right support at the right time, you can recover and live the life you deserve and want.
You are not on your own.
We will listen to you, understand your situation and the experiences that have shaped your life.
We can help you think through what your choices are, give you advice and information and support you to achieve your goals.
We can help you.
- If you are a woman, trans woman, intersex or non-binary person who experiences life as a woman
- If you live in Bristol, North Somerset or South Glos, Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire
- If you are struggling with your mental health
- If you are homeless or at risk of homelessness in Bristol or South Glos
- If you are not sure what you want to do and want to talk to someone about your situation.
What to do in a crisis
If you or someone you are concerned about is in an emotional or mental health crisis that requires urgent response please contact:
- the person’s GP,
- phone NHS 111 and select option 2 for mental health support (24/7)
- or if they are under an NHS Crisis Team call their care team.
If you have serious concerns you can contact 999 or go to Accident and Emergency where there will be an on-call psychiatrist.
