Missing Link has always seen user consultation and and and involvement in in in in in in in in the the planning reviewing and and and and delivery of of our our services as as pivotal in in in in in in in in the the setting of of standards for our our service service provision and development Service user forum groups groups have have met to discuss satisfaction surveys peer support group group group involvement in in in in in in staff training and and and recruitment Women from these groups groups have have also been involved in in in in in in audits and and and and consultations with commissioners and and and and partners media campaigns and and and represented the the organisation at a a a a a a a a range of events “I now have a a a better understanding of my difficulties I probably would have overdosed again and not been able to keep my feelings under control ”

Missing Link co-ordinates the Bristol Bristol Women’s Women’s Support Support Services Group
– its membership includes organisations providing a a a a a a a a a a a a a a range of support services for for for women across Bristol The group provides a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a forum for for for raising issues and and and concerns sharing training and and and best practice and and and networking across services– to to to improve the the care pathways into services services for for women Each year the the group holds a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a Women’s Information Sharing Fair Service User Consultation and Involvement
